This mod gives the Concord Deathclaw a makeover. I edited the body mesh to actually be starved looking compared to a healthy Deathclaw and removed a arm, horn and part of the tail. To give him a much more interesting and unique look.

You see I restarted recently I remembered about the Deathclaw you fight in Concord. I never liked that fight, Its cool and all but you literally beat the apex predator of the whole game day one. Enter the Starved Deathclaw, he is a ancient creature long past his prime, war torn and tired. He had a run in with someone in power armor a while back and lost one arm, his horn and part of his tail. Now too old and deformed to hunt he slowly starves under Concord.

As a added bonus you can now get a mounted Starved Deathclaw Head, so you can have a trophy of you first Deathclaw kill. After you kill him you can claim his head as a misc item in it's inventory and then craft a head mount found in the wall decorations category. The recipe only shows up if you have his head in your inventory, to cut back on menu clutter. If you already killed him but still want the mount or just want more then one I included a recipe at the Chem Station under Utility that shows up after you kill the Concord Deathclaw.

There are two versions:

Modded: The Deathcalw's stats are over all lowered slightly, less health and defense. But with a slight boost to attack to give him a more desperate feel.

Vanilla: You get the new look and trophy but keep the vanilla game's stats.

Q: Can I install this mid game?

A: Yes, but this is meant more for a new game where you have not killed the Deathclaw yet.

Q: I already killed him, can I still get the head mount?

A: Yes, If you already killed or just want more then one I included a recipe at the Chem station under Utility that shows up after you kill the Concord Deathclaw.

Q: I can't find the head mount in the build menu?

A: You need the head in your inventory for it to show.
