Installation,
- Manually download and unzip the file,
- Place the unzipped file in your F4SE presets folder.
Path to folder = Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets.
( If you don't know where this is on your system and you use Nexus Mod Manager,
Click on the folder Icon at the top of the Manager and then click on "Open Game Folder". )
