Introduction:

Currently the largest of all leader packs featuring an extensive list of the game's vanilla NPCs available to become city leaders.

All companions, all level 4 merchants, and many, many more recruitable NPCs you may find in the game, DLCs included.

Installation:

Simply download via Vortex / Mod Manager. (Now featuring FOMOD installer)

If manually, extract the file and place it in the Data folder in the game's installation folder

Regarding Sim Settlements 2 (Updated 30. 11. 2021):

Again, I've been questioned quite often, and I know I've been away for quite a while now, but I still intend to bring NBL to SS2 very very soon, however Sim Settlements 2: Chapter 2 is in development with no date yet announced, but I indent to release SS2 NBL shortly after Chapter 2's release.

Important Notes:

This Addon Pack makes some "necessary" alterations to almost all of the used NPCs:

- Alterations were made to almost all of the available leaders to make them commandable, movable, eligible workers and available for supply lines. (With some restrictions and exceptions, consult the google sheet for all the info regarding each leader)

- Various recruitable NPCs are nameless in game, almost all of these were given actual names.

- No alterations were made to any Quests, whatsoever.

If you use other leader packs or any mods that also make alterations to the NPCs featured in this pack then I highly recommend you to set this mod on bottom your load order, otherwise some of this mod's information will be misleading or some of the NPC may not work properly
