📋 About This Mod
This mod removes level requirements for perks. Also makes it easier to qualify for lower ranking perks.

What this mod does is scale up or scale down the amount special you need for a given perk, depending on how many ranks it has. For example, Iron First has 5 ranks, and looks like this in the game normally.
As you can see it has a flat SPECIAL prerequisite of 1 STR. This mod changes that value. You need 1 STR for the 1st rank, 2 STR for the second rank, and so on up to the 5th rank which has a prerequisite of 5 STR.
By the same token, I have scaled down the ranks required for high SPECIAL perks. For example, Richochet has 3 ranks, and looks like this in the game normally.
As you can see it has a flat SPECIAL prerequisite of 10 LCK. This mod changes that value. You need 8 LCK for the 1st rank, 9 LCK for the second rank, and the 3rd rank retains the original prerequisite of 10 LCK.
This makes the leveling system a bit more like Dungeons and Dragons Third Edition.
This mod no longer requires Level Up Menu EX as it, or something similar, has been implemented in the latest version of FOLON.
