Q&A/Grievances My body changes shape when I wear the pants! You need to use the included bodyslide files to batch build the meshes to your cbbe body shape.
My body changes textures! Yes...well, I don't have proper mesh tools yet so I built the pants into the texture. There is a file in the "miscellaneous files" section for converting the texture to your body texture. I recommend requesting the original creator of your texture to use that file to make a texture compatibility patch, so everyone using that texture can just download the patch from them. I am hopeful about making a version that is not based on the texture but that is dependent on the kindness of others (people who are good in 3ds/maya), so I wouldn't live like it was going to happen soon.
I don't use armorsmith extended and refuse to on principle cause mod interdependence is gross or something. I hear you. I am working on a non-AE version but the process is tedious and easy to screw up. So slow going.
It's not working/my game crashes on launch/at the workbench/I can't find x in the crafting menu! Have you updated Armorsmith Extended lately? Try reinstalling the latest version of my mod if you're missing things in the crafting menu.
I get stuck in the armorsmith crafting menu! Type SLM 14 if you get stuck in the crafting menu. Then exit that interface and you will exit the crafting menu as well. You get stuck if all the resources don't load before you craft. Best way to know is to wait for the 3d models to appear before crafting.
I just want the eyepatch/toothpick/bandana! Just craft those things.
