The Sonic Neuralizer, a sound themed Zetan unique following the FO3 aesthetic, with non-lethal options.
The Sonic Neuralizer is an older Zetan weapon primarily used to disable targets for abductions and sample collection. It uses a tuned sonic wave emitter to disable biological entities, either harming them, paralyzing them, or causing severe brainfog and short term memory loss. Now updated to also have the Enraging Legendary effect.
-Seven Receivers: damage (and standard increases), explosive, paralyze, and the mind altering brainfog.
-Two barrels: standard and suppressed.
-Three optics: standard, laser, and 3x see-through.
-Two stocks: short and full.

- Remade the meshes that have glow effects so the fade out looks better.
- Added a Legendary effect and removed Instance Naming, since this is a unique. In keeping with the utility and mental effect themes, the Legendary effect is Enraging.
- New optional version that has integration for the new Alien BioCells in To Fuel the Blaster.
- Xbox release.
Item placement uses a quest to flag new npcs as aliases. Hopefully this forces everything to spawn and solves the issue of needing items and bodies to respawn . Let me know if it doesn't.
There should be no compatibility issues.
