📋 About This Mod
2 .esp files to either remove scoped requirement, or to extend sniper perk to all scoped weapons.
Pick your poison.
One file to make all non-automatic rifles benefit from sniper perk ranks 2 and 3.
The other to make all scoped weapons benefit from sniper perk.
Do not use both.
Not tested with dlc and modded weapons yet, but should work fine.
