The introduction of SS2 gave us access to 1x1 plots of all types.
Here are my creations to provide more options for these tiny plots.

Also included is a 'none' powerpole.
After placing your first 1x1 plot of the desired type, at the ASAM, select Advanced -> Default Power Pole
-> None and any further 1x1 residential plots placed will not automatically
place a power pole. This is useful (necessary) if you plan on using a lot of 1x1 plots in an interior.
Plots marked with * include an option exterior skin in order to provide a roof over the plot.
