Train wreck at Oberland Station. Help them do something with the mess left after a train filled with containers derailed when the Nukes dropped.
For whatever reason this plan does not always remove the crops beds or cooking station before it builds. It may be a Sim Settlements thing or a conflicting mod I have. Just to save the hassle of climbing up container boxes to scrap them get rid of the tato plants, cooking station and beds before building.
