Modding Process (If you care): Okay. So I found the files (there are actually four of them) using BAE. The thing is all the sound effects (unsheath, 'ZING!', and slash) don't have their own separate sound file. Each file contains all three sounds played together with slight variation. (Damit Bethesda!) So I couldn't just replace one sound file with an empty one and be done with it. I had to create four brand new ones. So I salvaged the unsheath sound from the original but the actual slash was played with the sandman perk's 'zing!' at the same time. And there was no way to seperate them so I had to replace the slash sound with another sound to not get that "zing!". I found a sound similar to the slash sound within Fallout 4's files and I edited it in Audacity to sound as close as possible to the original. Replaced the slash sound for each variation, exported as wav files, converted them to XWN using MultiXWN, and "replaced" the original files with the mod files. Boom! Headshot.

Install with NMM, MO, Vortex or whatever you kids are using these days.
