This does a brute force job of muting all the radios in the Commonwealth. Simple file replacement with a silent xwm file. I'm not sure if the (spoilertown spoilersinger) Bethesda music would get claimed as well, but I muted her songs as well. You can always just delete that folder from the data/sound/fx/magnolia folder
