Shielded Settlers
Original game is not well handling power armor for guard settlers. Shielded Settlers is allow settlers to craft their own power armor and defend your settlements and also I create a small mechanism that will easy to repair and customize their armor.

Build Instruction
With perks Local Leader lv1 be able to craft: (under the settlements editor menu Shielded Settlers)
Power Armor Platform Platform for build, repair and upgrade power armor. Requirements: -Assign 1 settler. -Connect to power.
Power Armor Tuner Manage operations on all connected power armor platforms. Requirements: -Connect to power.
Power Armor Scanner Place your power armor in the middle as template power armor. All platform power armor will be craft as same as template. Requirements: -Connect to power.
Guard Point Defense position for settlers once they are set to guard mission. Usually 1 guard point for 1 settlers, but 1 guard point for n settlers is possible.
Control Instruction
Open connected terminal it will shows on menu (Power Armor Team Control):
For settlers action there are 3 mode: (change mode effects all other shielded settlers in all settlements) Off-Duty Not wear power armor, they will do trivial things(at 8-19), relax(at 19-24) and sleep(at 0-8).
Free-Patrol Wear power armor,they will go wandering whole settlement.
Guard Wear power armor, they will guard at position where the Guard Point is placed. And before they act, all Guard Points you placed in the current settlement will do an auto assignment to each shielded settlers in current settlement. (other settlements will not do Guard Point assignment)
For power armor there are 2 operations: (Each platform must finish is own operation, otherwise it will block new coming operations. Once finished settler will go back their previous duty.)
Maintenance Build or repair power armor as last template, settler will moving to platform to get
