she can be voiced. I just used my Sadie companion mod on fallout 3 and its got her voice files on there
use creation kit to find the dialogue for her voice
make directory like this one

put wav files in there
in fallout 4 folder/tools there should be creation kit move all files to the fallout 4 exe directory
use that for her lip sync
