How to use

[]Important: Save your game

]Go to the workshop at Graygarden and hit Space to manage.[]Select "Settlement Layout" -> "Build/Manage Layouts"
[]Select the layout you want -> "Use This Layout" -> "BUILD IT, BUT SKIP ANY SCRAPPING"
[]Building the Layout will take a while depending on your PC. If the progress freezes for more than 15 minutes, load your save and try again - sometimes the process bugs out due to heavy script load
[]When the build is completed, save the game and load back in to fix the lighting issue.
Note: Make sure you haven't built anything and It would be best if your Settlement is untouched with nothing scrapped or the build will not include some decorations as I have incorporated a few original items in my build. If you have already scrapped some original items, there might be some floating objects but don't worry just go ahead and edit or scrap it.
