📋 About This Mod
This mod provides a unified base for all of my production mods to make modding easier. It manages adding and removing items and components from the workshop, and even sports an MCM for configuration.
For any mod authors interested in making an add-on, I wrote a bit of an implementation guide here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/articles/5982
The contents of any official SPF mods will be added into the "Settlement Production" menu at the top level of the workshop. This menu is handled via SMM, which means the addition or removal of the menu should not break your workshop in any way.
MCM Options (more likely coming soon):
-
[]Ignore Production Costs (disables all required inputs for production objects) | Default: OFF[/]
[]Enable Wages (Makes manned production objects require a daily input of caps to run) | Default: OFF[/]
[]Wage Penalty (Makes it so production will cease if wages not met) | Default: 10[/]
[]Wage Amount (A value 1-500 which determines wages per object if enabled) | Default: OFF[/]
[]Charge wages from player (Makes it so the players inventory can also be charged for wage costs) | Default: OFF[/]
Tools
-
[]Generate Production Report (Makes and displays a list of all your production objects and their inputs and outputs)[/]
[]Deposit Caps (This deposits a set amount of caps to the workshop you are currently in or near)[/]
[]Reload objects (This refreshes the inputs and outputs of your production objects, useful for troubleshooting or updating)[/]
[]Reset objects (This is similar to reload, except it just does it in a more comprehensive way, use if reload doesn't work, but save beforehand)[/]
Installation:
Install like any other mod, I personally recommend using a mod manager, but to each their own.
Compatibility:
This should be compatible with virtually anything
Requirements:
-
[]Settlement Menu Manager[/]
[]Fallout 4 Script Extender[/]
I also recommend using Workshop Framework, my mod doesn't explicitly require it but it makes the workshop and by extension my mod faster and less buggy.
