Fixes the loud reload sounds of the Deadpool Service Rifle
Might just be my misophonia talkin', but I find the insanely loud reload bug from Deadpool's Service Rifle to be completely intolerable... if any NPC is using one in the same cell as you, their reload sounds are right up in your earhole no matter how far away they are. Well, not any more!
Please note: DankRafft and codeblackcrash also fixed this bug in their Service Rifle overhauls. I seriously recommend using one of their patches instead of this one, 'cause they both fix a whole lotta stuff. At this point, this mod is basically just for people who don't want to use ECO or Munitions.
