Well, then use this to change the upper and lower limit for bartering prices a bit, allowing you to have a max of 20 CHA for cutting prices in half and selling stuff at twice the price. People will love you - okay, probably not. ^^
Got asked on Discord about how to change the cap on bartering prices for a high-charisma character, did my research, found the anser in CK, tweaked some numbers - PROFIT! :D Just a fun mod, nothing too serious.
