Scrap Throwables

This mod adds several recipes to the chemistry workbench that allow you to scrap grenades and mines to their base components. You can either do this to harvest said components, or for the reason I made it, which is to take throwables I don't want and convert them into throwables I do want.

A couple things about this mod:

• []scrapped throwables are half the value of their crafted counterparts, but the same weight (since it's all the same pieces, just separated)

  []baseball grenades and bottlecap mines do NOT give you the baseball/lunchbox back, since putting "miscellaneous" items as components in junk items crashes the game. I figured that was okay because it makes sense contextually, how you shouldn't get a full baseball or lunchbox back given the explosive version has holes in it for the parts and whatnot.

  []instead of the "science" perk being required to scrap throwables, in its place is the appropriate "scrapper" perk in accordance with the rarest item given by the recipe. I. E., scrapping a cryo grenade gives back nuclear material, so you need scrapper rank 2 in order to deconstruct it as that perk allows you to find nuclear material when scrapping other things anyway. I felt it was a good way to balance the recipes.

  []you need the same rank of demolitions expert to scrap a throwable as you need to craft it. I. E., the frag grenade needs demolitions expert rank 2 to craft, so you need that same perk (plus scrapper rank 1 since it gives back aluminum) to scrap it.
