Download with NMM and play. Full compatibility, this patch makes it so that there are no discrepancies whatsoever between these two mods. Should help with scrapping dead settlers in case you play with mortal Better Settlers. If you don't, don't download this because they won't die anyway.
IF YOU SKIPPED READING AND DOWNLOADED THIS FOR IMMORTAL SETTLERS, YOU WILL NOTICE THEY ARE DYING AND YOU WILL WONDER WHY. IT'S BECAUSE THIS MOD COPIES RECORDS FROM BETTER SETTLERS MORTAL EDITION, MEANING THAT MORTAL BETTER SETTLERS WILL OVERWRITE YOUR IMMORTAL BETTER SETTLERS FILE AND THEY WILL START DYING.

It's a new mod and most people won't need this. I'll keep it updated if the files get updated, just message me. Because it's a new, rarely used mod, LOOT won't know exactly how to handle it for a while. You can load it at the bottom of your load order and it'll be 100% fine. Just edits/patches some non-player character (actor) values for settlers.
