Scrap Component Improvements

Scrap Component Improvements is a small change to scrap component names, weights, and values to more closely resemble their Fallout 76 counterparts.

This mod changes the names of scrapped components that appear in the Junk tab in your inventory. For example, Leather was renamed to Raw Leather, Bone was renamed to Bone Shards, etc. This mod also changes the weights and values to reflect how they are in Fallout 76- for the most part, these are now lighter and have a slightly increased value.
