Description: This mod is a continuation of Pyskiper's Work Sanctuary Clean Roads.
With this mod the streets appear less broken and cleaner, but they still fit the game's lore with regard to the future of YOUR expanding settlement. See pictures.
Basically i did some "cosmetics" on Pyskiper's work like deleting flying bushes or moving some mounds, leafs and grass, for those who dont want to use mods like Spring Cleaning or Scrap Everything to keep the game's immersion.
Credits: Thanks to Pyskiper for creating this mod and his permission to upload my continuation of his work. Thanks to Bethra for his feedback on FO4Edit

Troubleshooting: - if you are experiencing issues like the roads revert back to the dirty post war roads, put this file near or at the bottom of your load order. - if this doesn't help, rename the .esp to whatever you like, and re-activate it.
Please feel free to upload your pictures ! Feedback is welcome. Please post it here.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust: 3,263 endorsements and 89k downloads show it's a proven favorite.
- Simple, focused change: just makes Sanctuary's roads look better without touching other stuff.
- Lightweight and stable: last updated in 2017, so it's been around for years without major issues.
⚠️ Cons
- No screenshots or detailed description, so you're flying blind on the exact visual changes.
- Only affects Sanctuary roads—if you want other settlement overhauls, this won't help.
- No compatibility notes, so it might conflict with other mods that alter Sanctuary's meshes.
For Fallout 4 settlement builders who want a cleaner foundation in Sanctuary without a full overhaul. Skip if you're looking for major changes or play on a modded setup with conflicting terrain edits.
