This Mod lowers and flattens Sanctuary. Additionally, it removes Sanctuary Bridge
This mod does a couple of things,
Transfer Settlements
Flattens the entire area
Lowers Sanctuary to water level
Offers two versions - one just land for a raw build , one with bridge, wall, and a diving area.
Removed as much land as possible for more water around Sanctuary
Removed all trees ( there is some ghosting ) not sure how to make it go away!!
