📋 About This Mod
Basic 1-level plan for Sanctuary Hills. No commercial, leisure, or municipal plots (for now).
I'm uploading this to chronicle the evolution of my Sanctuary Hills layout as I progress through Chapter 1 of Sim Settlements 2
If you use this, the only real requirements are Sim Settlements 2, Place Anywhere, and Clean and Simple - Sanctuary Startup. The list below is some of what I use for the different plots (and various unimportant furniture in the main house), but there's nothing super specific in the city plan at the moment.
Oh also Vault-Tec workshop for the reactor.
1. 1: I added a warehouse with industrial plots and a logistics desk (requires IDEK's Logistics Station 2). Also, I was possessed by Preston Garvey and so the central yellow house has somehow become a Minutemen command centre (I use We are The Minutemen but I don't think anything from that would be missed if you don't).
