Sanctuary 100 Happiness (Easy Benevolent Leader)

This is a savegame where Sanctuary is close to hitting 100 Happiness, the idea of this save is to make it easy for people to get Benevolent Leader, which at the moment is a ball ache.

DO NOT leave sanctuary, the game has a weird bug that every time you leave a settlement it acts as if you have no recourses making your settlers unhappy. Do not mess with anyone until you get the achievement.

The save is under the Character Charlotte, When you load in you will have 99 Happiness (Straight 100 doesn't work for the achievement). You will need to wait 5 minutes or so for it to go up, it can be less. If after five minutes it has not gone up you will need to rest for 24 hours and then wait in sanctuary for it to go up to 100.

INSTALLATION HELP Download the file with the Manual button.  UnZip the folder to somewhere accessible. Open your save folder ( Most commonly C:\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves) Get the save you want from the folder you unzipped  (save 36 for 99 happiness, this one is recommended or autosave for 100) Copy/Cut and paste into the save folder.  Restart or Start Fallout 4 Select Character - Charlotte (If you installed both you will have to saves, the one with less time 22H 53M is the 99 happiness and the save with 22h 57m is 100 happiness already)  Choose the save you want to use. Load that save... and you are done.
