Sanctuary - Modern Residences Rebuild

• this mod brings back the collapsed houses in Sanctuary.
• fully navmeshed, so that all NPCs can use them.
• added snappoints, so that you can add doors in workshop mode.
• added ambient sound
• added interior acoustic space sounds
• 100% in accordance with the game's immersion.
• 100% lore-friendly.

How to use:

If you use this mod with a new game: The new residences will become accessible when you scrap the destroyed houses rubble.

If you use this mod with an existing game: Make sure that you clear up the fundaments of the destroyed houses first.
