Salvaged Assaultron Head - No Self-Radiation

: Uploaded a new version that removed the "(Iridates self.)" from the gun mod's tooltip (again, no gun edits were made). This did not require spawning a new gun or anything when I tested it (not sure if it will also fix the above issue or not).

I found it VERY annoying that the Salvaged Assaultron Head irradiated you when fired, REGARDLESS of ANY other factors (such as your radiation resistance). This is because it uses a "scripted enchantment" effect to add the radiation damage. I even tried to see if it would still give me radiation damage after giving myself the same "unplayable perk" that most creatures do to give them immunity to radiation damage and it still damages you...

... So naturally I said "f*ck this" turned to trying to mod it out. This mod removes the radiation damage taken when firing the Salvaged Assaultron Head from the Automatron DLC.

That's about it lol - only a single edit was made to one of the "weapon mods", so this mod is fully compatible with any mod that edits the gun itself!
