Ruined Church - Player Settlement

Description:

This mod brings a functional new settlement to Fallout 4. Compatible with Sim Settlements and Nuka World (raiders jobs).

Location:

- Northwest of Northwood Ridge Quarry and southeast of Children of Atom Shrine in Far Harbor.

- Also part of the quest "The Heretic".

Features:

- A new, functional settlement.

- A huge church area to build inside, outside and upstairs.

- The NPC "Sister Gwyneth" is working as a settler. (Read the notes below!)

- A legendary weapon.

- Access to water.

- 140 x 140 x 60 ft (= foot/feet) to build.

- Randomly attacked (like any other settlement).

- Sim Settlements compatible.

- Nuka World compatible (Raiders jobs).

Tips:

- You can install Scrap Everything (Far Harbor-Version) for much more build comfort.

- You can attract new settlers with a Recruitment Radio Beacon.

- You can assign supply lines to the settlement.

Notes:

- During the quest "The Heretic" you meet Sister Gwyneth in the ruined church. In the following conversation you have 3 dialogue options:

1.) You can kill her.

2.) You can let her leave the island (she will works for food in the settlement until you finish the quest in The Nucleus. After finish the quest, she will leave the settlement permanently).

3.) Let her go back to The Nucleus (she will stay as settler in the settlement permanently).

All 3 options have no any other effect on the rest of the quest.

Issues:

- If the location with the settlement has already been visited / loaded before the installation of the mod, there may be problems with the script. If that happens it is recommended to use a new savegame.

Eastereggs:

- The headless skeleton, the legendary sword, the burnt book and the gold bar are a homage to the movie "The Fog". Thanks @Nastja for the idea. ;-)
