He also voiced a few more characters, which is where the model comes from (in Fallout 4).
Mr. Picardo has a special 10mm pistol with a bayonet!
You can find it in his inventory. Don't worry, he has a backup pistol that he can use if you take it!
Robert is a doctor, he can heal you for free!
It may seem OP, but a legend like him needs to have special powers!

This guy has been one of my favorite actors ever, so making him was only a matter of time. I've been eyeing the voice lines of Alan Binet, whom he voiced, for quite a while... and let's just say that the recent boom of AI voice acting helped to motivate me to move him up in my schedule. The voice assets are all generated from assets directly made for Fallout 4.
