Changes RobCoPatcher.ini with:
iEnableReCalculateStatsWithSaveLoad is Set to 0.
This is needed if you use Robco-Patcher AND Scourge.

RobCo Patcher has an ini file.
There is an option called: iEnableReCalculateStatsWithSaveLoad=1
Set it to 0.
This setting fixes an engine bug where templates from NPCs fail to apply correctly.
Scourge does not apply its settings permanently. They are applied temporarily. So if RobCo Patcher forces the NPC templates to apply, it will remove
the temporary changes by Scourge.
This does also mean, any action that modifies or updates stats, like healing, chems, radiation damage(and similar) or magic effects in general, will remove the scourge applied stats.
This patch modifies RobCoPatcher.ini to disable stat recalculation on save/load, addressing compatibility issues with SCOURGE. A niche utility for Fallout 4 modders using both mods, with 197 endorsements and 75k downloads.
