This is a re-upload of my previous mod of the same name - now improved, cleaned with FO4Edit and with the missing files that caused CTD before. (Apologies to all who had this experience)

Removed unintended edit that closed the molerat tunnel access to the Waterworks.

'Fixes' file addresses some minor issues - load this instead of the other (I'll remove the original file shortly)

The BoS Power armour is now equipable

Patrick has been given back his child skin

The back door to the Water Works must now be unlocked from inside

The 'Adult content' tag has been removed - don't know where that came from!

FOR BEST EXPERIENCE

Turn on subtiltles - there is minimal dialogue but it is not voiced.

 Turn off the pip-boy light – there are some effects that get drowned out in bright light.

Disable Loot Detector if you have it installed – it spoils some of the puzzles and scares.

Explore everywhere; there are multiple ways to complete the quest journeys should you get stuck on one route.

* Leave only if you have finished exploring as the only way back in is through the bookshop.

Read all notes and terminals. Books contain some of the quest clues and many are (meant to be) funny.

* The NPC’s are levelled and 99% melee, but a challenge at lower levels so equip appropriately.

Using console commands should be considered cheating - it defeats the object of some of the puzzles. Chems and PA are acceptable but not necessary.

Clear a safe path for Patrick, he is not essential nor protected and tends to get killed in stupid ways like taking on mole rats barehanded, throwing himself off buildings etc. Save often. I find it best to make him wait in a safe spot, scout the route and then bring him along.

Patrick belongs to a custom race; he uses stimpacks if you give them and you can dress him in armour and adult clothing. This is probably a good idea as he will be less likely to die. He is set unable to swim and will go into wait mode if you start swimming yourself.
