In most VR games "Grip" buttons are used to interact, grab and hold objects, but not in Fallout 4 VR, FO4VR uses "A" button instead. Grip buttons feel more immersive so many players swaps functionality of "A" and "Grip" buttons on right controller in Steam Input, this unfortunately makes button labels in game to be mismatched, my mod will fix it for you.
This mod modifies one swf file to change button labels in the interface, you still need to change functionality of buttons of your right controller in Steam Input.
