Description:
It’s a beautiful retro-futuristic mixture of postmodern architecture with 1950’s-esque tech and furniture. All textures were made using their hi-resolution counterparts. Experience the Institute without snow blindness! Precombines remain unaffected, and this mod will likely play nice with most mods that use the Institute tile set. Hope you enjoy!
