Resident Evil Manor - Settlement Blueprint

This is a settlement blueprint for a decent chunk of the original Resident Evil game's levels recreated on Spectacle Island. It is based primarily on the original game with a few inspirations from REmake and adjustments for the sizing limitations of the settlement system. There are also a few (minor) changes made to make it more functional as an actual settlement area. I pretty much just got tired of working on it and I'm gonna drop the character I was making it with, so here you go.

Features

-The blueprint includes the mansion, the residence/guard house, and the gardens, plus a very simplified helicopter pad. It is the structures only, with very few decorations and no furniture. All of the green grass that you see in the overhead shot should be covered in thick forest.

Notes

It should work okay with any mods that flatten Spectacle Island, but is intended to be used with the vanilla landmass after the trees, buildings, barge, and inland boulders/rocks have been removed.
