Okay, so this is a slightly tricky/more in depth one to get working correctly. You need to have CBBE installed https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15
Next you need to download Unique Player https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3718
THEN you need to get the Unique Player CBBE body mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6944?tab=files
Then download the Jack Body Tattoo mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7826/?tab=files&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout4%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D7826%26preview%3D&pUp=1
Overwrite when prompted
Next you need Jacks Face Tattoos https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13626/?tab=posts
Grab either of the 2 files. Once you're in-game, use the help command "help tattoo 4" and then add the tattoo magazines to your inventory
"player.additem- item number of magazine"
The body in the screenshots is just CBBE slim, so no need for a BodySlide file.
Once you've done all that, you should be good to go!
