Recruit Merlin the Magical Brahmin

On the road between Lynn Pier Parking and Hub City Auto Wreckers, there are a number of ruined houses. On the second floor of one such house, there is a brahmin trough as well as a brahmin. Since there is no realistic way for the brahmin to get up there (as the stairs up are too narrow to accommodate a brahmin, and the splintered, overhanging floorboards one must cross to access the room could not support a brahmin's weight), the only logical conclusion is that this brahmin has magical powers, and as such, it belongs in a settlement.

With Recruit Merlin the Magical Brahmin and rlbaxter's RL_Recruit_Framework, now you can send this mystical unicorn to a settlement within your network, where it will spend its days pooping out magical fertilizer, teleporting onto rooftops, and just getting in the way, but all of it is in the furtherance of what is right and good.

This mod should not conflict with anything, but if it does, it will be both fascinating and amusing.
