Notes: First you need to get lucky and come across the random encounter. Secondly when you do come across the encounter  you need to solve there dilemma the nice way so everybody lives. Once you have solved there dilemma Jules will run off, so simply run after him and recruit him, then go back to Fred and Angie and recruit them.
