📋 About This Mod
Description:
Rebuilt Prewar Sanctuary as seen in the start of the game, with some additions for more immersive gameplay. Settlers have taken liberty to convert the spare rooms of their residences into businesses. Also those with a big back yard have taken the time to make small farmplots to grow their own crops. Sanctuary is not only beautiful, but its also a self sustained Town with its own resources.
Instructions:
Manually extract the bp in an empty folder located in Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints. Before Import Just scrap/disable anything you find out place such as the hedge on the first house, and the player home fireplace. Do NOT scrap the houses, stairs and driveways since they are navmeshed so the settlers can navigate the houses easily. Make sure you have all the mods listed bellow. This mod uses Super Clean and Simple Sanctuary Startup as its base.
