My recomendation would be to install the mod via your favorite mod manager [NMM, Vortex, MO2] but if you do prefer to install manually, the instalation is easy.

[]If requested, allow the mod files to overwrite existing ones
[]If installing after onymaru9 packs, install it last and overwrite the animations if requested. This will NOT touch the rifle animations, only pistols
