Prettier Coursers (Female and Buffs)

Added 15 Courser variants including female Coursers that uses the female Institute Scientist voice (FCOM and I think Unique NPCs have done this before). I also changed Z2-47, X9-27, and X4-18's appearances alongside the 3 patrolling Coursers in the Institute.

I gave the Coursers a few perks and buffs to make them tougher as well: Increased outgoing limb damage, 20% damage reduction, 25% damage increase, movement speed buff, some SPECIAL stat increases, decreased incoming limb damage, 3x the level of the player...

    Potential/Known Issues:

    I'm still using an older version of X-Cell, so you may or may not get invisible faces/heads issue with these NPCs if you're using X-Cell.

    You can fix this by generating the FaceGen data yourself using Vault-Tec Enhanced FaceGen System

    If you're willing to sacrifice some performance you could use X-Cell no facegen and maxed out alongside X-Cell.

    • Haven't fully tested all potential Courser spawns so there might be some encounters where the game spawns a courser without the additional buffs
