It's a VIS patch for the amazing Power Armor Airdrop mod by marmo1233 (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18591/). It is one of my favourite Power Armor mods but it always bothered me that the few items it adds to the game doesn't have tags/icons.
I've added the following tags:

- PA Flares tagged as Ammo
- PA Flare Gun tagged as Handgun
- PA Smoke grenade tagged as Grenade
