Now when you kill any vendor out in the wild (whether on purpose or by "accident") their vendor inventory is available for you to loot. No more inventory lost to the ether. This includes legendaries sold by various vendors and the Level 4 random vendors if killed before they're invited to a settlement. Maybe you want to kill Trudy, but that sword she sells is so nice, well you no longer have to decide between the two. The inventory will either be on their corpse or in a nearby container (e.g., Trashcan Carla's vendor inventory will be found on her brahmin once you kill her, but you can just pick its pockets if you don't want to kill it).

Right now this will not work with mod-added vendors but will work with all base game/DLC vendors (without requiring those DLC). If I get requests for this to work with mod-added vendors then I'll finish the work I started implementing an addon framework for this.
