Known Issues:
For some reason FO4 snow particles don't have occlusion, so snowflakes will fall through the roof in exteriors. It can be switched to rain geometry but will look very unrealistic (not floating in air like snowflakes but heavily fall down like rain drops). It's a game engine limitation and I can't do anything about it.
