📋 About This Mod

Description

I haven't released a replacer for the regular Institute Synths in a long while and there is this new PMC Operator Pack so...

You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Synths. Newly spawned Synths should work as intended.

  • []Institute Synths (Gen 2) wear Multicam Black or Alpine White Operator attire

[]Looted uniform & vest gain the 'legendary attachment point' keyword

  • ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit

Xbox Versions (not me; Don't complain to me when it's not as updated as the PC version): https://mods.bethesda.net/en/fallout4/mod-detail/4346408

    Requirements

    PMC Operators Pack (REQUIRED)

🤖 AI-enhanced — based on mod data

A compact cosmetic mod for Fallout 4 that adds PMC-style armor variants to Institute Synths, giving them a more tactical, militarized look. With 219 endorsements and 14,554 downloads, it's a niche but appreciated visual overhaul for players who want their synth enemies to look more like elite soldiers.

✨ Key Features

Adds PMC Operators Pack armor variants to Institute Synths
Gives synths a tactical, militarized appearance
Cosmetic-only modification, no gameplay changes

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Solid community support with 219 endorsements and over 14k downloads
  • Fits the lore with a quote about synths not being inherently evil
  • Gives Institute Synths a fresh, more intimidating look

⚠️ Cons

  • Cosmetic only—if you want gameplay changes, this isn't it
  • May conflict with other mods that alter synth appearances or armor
  • Last updated in December 2024, so might not be compatible with the latest game patches
🎯 Is This For You?
For Fallout 4 players who want their Institute Synths to look like elite PMC soldiers rather than the standard white jumpsuit. If you're into visual overhauls and don't mind a purely cosmetic change, this is for you. Skip if you're looking for new gameplay mechanics or quests.
