New plot types

Residential:

Institute cube home: A 1X1 institute themed residential plot, houses one settler, great for Institute or high tech themed settlements, packs everything needed for a smart settler, all in one place.

Yagi's bunks - Interior residential plot for 2 settlers, has a bunk bed and a small living space for 2 settlers, path able from the front.

Vault-Tec living  - Vault themed interior residential plot, great for vaults or people who wanna live in a vault, has a working stove at level 3.

Vee's plant place - Interior plant based plot that has plants and a living space for one person and it has plants. Did we mention it has plants?

Recreational:

Mini community library: A 1X1 intelligence training plot, a place for your settlers to enjoy reading, be it a comic book or a technical manual.

The long-haul endurance training - Interior endurance training plot, houses 3 settlers, good for smaller settlements where space is a premium.

Pilots Park - A 2X2 relaxation plot with a statue dedicated to those who brave the sky, has flowers and is a very relaxing atmosphere.

Commercial:

Cherry Liquor - A 2X2 bar plot, a nicer bar than most with pleasant decor, has nice lighting and a comfortable interior.

Arms Merchant - 3X3 weapons merchant plot, a truck surrounded by camo netting, best built on a foundation plot. great for large open settlements or mayors who don't question where the weapons came from too much.

Mega tower - Architectual Marvel plot, very tall tower with great lines of sigh, comes with a power armored guard and provides 1,000 defense.

Billboard bunker - 3X3 basic defense plot, a raised fortified position built around a billboard.

Borderjunk watchtower - Watchtower plot, different pieces of junk smashed into a tower, comes with a mercenary guard at level 3

Heavy metal holdout - Advanced martial plot, Power armor themed plot, provides progressively better power armored guards for support at each level.

First aid corner - First aid plot for outpost, interior plot to help heal your warriors, just try not to think about what's in the jars too much.

Production:

Junk breakers - 3X3 Building materials plot, best built outside on a Terraformers plot, supports multiple settlers

World Repopulation cells:

Wasted weapons - Functions as a weapons trader, decorated with many different weapons and displays

Cozy rest - Small cell with a living space for 2 settlers
