Copy and paste the Data folder over your Fallout4 Data folder -> Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data
however, to get the accurate color you need to change some values inside Fallout4Prefs.ini
there is an entry which should look like this:
fPipboyEffectColorB=0. 9705
fPipboyEffectColorG=0. 4951
fPipboyEffectColorR=0. 5713
there is another entry which should look like this:
iHUDColorB=247
iHUDColorG=75
iHUDColorR=89
the above values are perfect and used for the mod!
