In your Workshop -> Power -> all the way to the right
Helpful FAQ:
Q: Why do the spotlights and umbrella lights don't shine and only glow?
A: Photo Rooms mod treats the light sources separately and trust me.. so want you. Use the SOE lights!
Q: I only placed 4 canvases and 15 Umbrella lights and my settlement budget is maxed. Why?
A: These are very high poly models recommended to be used in an interior cell.
Q: Photo Rooms has unpacked resources and is way too big! I just want the workbench stuff!?
A: If you plan to never use the Photo Rooms you can delete a lot of stuff in Photo Room's Texture folder. Dojo is half the size already.
