I really like Fallout 76 for its style so I decided to modify the look of the perks menu with a little bit the same style as Fallout 76 ( I specify that I used images from the Fallout 76 Interface file but I drew some things myself I prefer to specify it ) tell me if you like it and if you have ideas to add !
Maybe the writing of the SPECIAL in other language will be not quite in the right place
