📋 About This Mod
This mod will allow you to acquire new perks without needing a level, you will not be able to get them for free, you will need points and have the necessary attributes, but the level will not be taken into account.
Remember that you won't get the Perks for free.
Perks will need their default traits to be selected, just like in the game's defaults, but you no longer need to wait until level 50 to have the perk at maximum level, you can have it regardless of your level.
Far Harbor and Nuka World will be needed now.
