Fixes bald spots, tint and makes the hairstyles that come with OotC available to Looksmenu.
WHAT IS THIS
This is a patch for the fabulous Orphans of the Commonwealth mod by PallidaCulus.
What it does:

[]Fixes the bald spots seen with some of the female hairstyles; GirlHair02 in particular. See picture below.

]Fixes hair tinting for GirlHair02 hairstyle. Tint now properly applies and the hairstyle uses the gradient. See picture below.[]Repurposes the GirlHair20 hairstyle as "Bald". Meshes for this hairstyle are missing from OotC, so it showed up bald anyways.
[]Makes all the kids hairstyles included in OotC available to Looksmenu for HumanChildRace, so you can give your child settlers new haircuts.
