This is a vanilla blueprint for The Castle using only main game and DLC items. There are 26 food, 28 beds, along with the existing 40 water. Shops include T3 weapons, clinic, armor, general, and restaurant, along with a T2 clothing shop and salon.
This has been tested on multiple playthroughs over the past few months and there should be no issues with Ronnie Shaw's pathing during the Old Guns quest. I typically import the blueprint just before I think Preston will send me there, so I have a couple days to go sleep somewhere. But do what works for you.
Scrap all the furnishings and junk. If you use Scrap Zapper 2, be sure to set power and resource scrapping to off. This uses Slot #28 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have something in that slot or just wish to place it elsewhere.
